Switching Flex bank account to Flex debit card

Here’s how you can switch from a Flex bank account to a Flex debit card:

1. Open the Flex app and go to the screen displaying the Flex bank account details.
2. Tap the ‘Change to Flex debit card’ button.
3. Confirm the switch to a Flex debit card.
4. Your debit card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVC, will then appear on the screen.

Important: If you choose to use a debit card, don’t forget to complete the verification process for the Flex bank account once you receive the verification email. This will allow you to use the Flex bank account for future rent payments.

Note: Some rent portals may charge extra fees for payments made with a debit card. Be sure to check your rent portal's terms.

Not all customers can switch from a bank account to a debit card- eligibility may vary.
