Flex rent payment services are offered for a monthly membership fee of $14.99, which includes access to a Flexible Rent line of credit from Lead Bank.
In addition to the membership, all payments made through Flex include a 1% bill payment fee. This fee helps us continuously improve our product and services. Card processing fees may also apply, depending on your chosen payment method:
- When you use a debit card, a 1% fee will be applied for bill payment, with no additional fee for card processing.
- When you use a credit card, a total 3.5% fee will be applied, which covers both the bill payment and card processing.
