Resident credit score impact

We evaluate applicant eligibility using a variety of factors including credit report information, banking information, and other information about the applicant's payment history. Most customers with fair or better credit will qualify for Flex. If the applicant failed to qualify we’ll send the applicant a letter detailing exactly why.
