How do I sign up for Flex Move-in?
You will receive a move-in link from your property manager or from a Flex email indicating that you can use Flex for your move-in costs. The link will take you to a web only sign up flow where you will connect your property and check your eligibility for Flex Move-in payment plans.
What info do I need to enter during signup?
We’ll ask for your name, address, and phone number. If you’d like to use a monthly payment plan for move-in costs, you will need to provide your date of birth and Social Security number (SSN) to verify your identity and determine eligibility.
What if I don’t see my property listed?
You may not be eligible yet, or your property may not have enabled Flex Move-in. Contact your property team to see if Flex Move-in is enabled.
Why am I getting an error when signing up?
Common errors include:
- Not yet listed as a future resident by your property.
- Address mismatch.
- Incomplete or inaccurate personal info.
Try again or reach out to Support if the issue continues.
Can I pay using a credit card, debit card, or bank account?
We currently only accept debit cards for move-in payments. Credit cards and bank account transfers aren’t supported.
