Processing your 2nd payment

If you have a balance, you’ll see a Make payment button on your Flex home screen. Tap it to make your 2nd payment early right from the app.

 

Before you pay, here's what to know:

• You’ll be paying off your full balance (not just part of it).
• Paying now just means you’re completing your payment earlier than the scheduled date.
• This is a one-time payment, your auto-pay settings won’t change.
• Once your payment is successful, a green check will appear, and the "Make Payment" button will disappear.
• If the payment fails, no worries - your original scheduled payment will still go through as planned.
