Paying a custom or partial amount

Make a custom or partial second payment in the Flex app

You can make a custom or partial payment for your second payment right in the Flex app!

• You can break your second payment into 2 or 3 smaller payments.
• Each payment must be at least $150, except for the last one, which just needs to cover whatever’s left.

Here are a few examples showing how you can split your repayments:

How to do it in the app

1. Open the Flex app
2. Tap Make payment under Payments
3. Choose Custom amount
4. Enter the amount you want to pay (minimum $150)
5. Review and confirm by tapping Make payment

After you pay

You’ll get an email confirmation with:

• • How much you paid
  • What’s left to pay
  • When your next payment is due

If your payment doesn’t go through, Flex will automatically try again on your scheduled date.
