When do I start repaying my Move-in plan?

Your first monthly payment is due about one month after you make your initial payment. We’ll show your full schedule before you confirm your plan.

Can I reschedule a payment?

No. Your payment dates are fixed when your plan starts and can’t be changed. We’ll send reminders ahead of each due date so you know what to expect.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a payment fails, we’ll notify you right away. You can update your card or pay manually in the app. We encourage you to turn Autopay on so you don’t miss payments.

Can I pay off my plan early?

Yes. You can pay your full remaining balance anytime in the Flex app.

Where can I see my balance or payment schedule?

You can view your full repayment plan and remaining balance anytime in the Flex app.
